This group of white rappers had an odd name but this joint rocked the clubs in around 93. One of the members of this group had a role in House Party 2 and DJ Skribble was a resident DJ on several MTV shows in the late 90's/early 00's. Here is Young Black Teenagers with Tap The Bottle.
