This group out of Waco, Texas came out on the scene in the early 90's and had a big hit in 91 with the crossover smash I Like The Way (The Kissing Game) but this song was their first hit off their debut album. Here is Hi-Five in Just Can't Handle It. R.I.P. Tony Thompson.
